We are building something special over here at UP Church.
For the past…I’m not even sure how long, we’ve been collectively affirming that:
UP Church is a divine idea. God has a plan for UP Church.
Right now, God is fulfilling that plan through us.
Through us, will all the families of the earth be blessed.
God has provided us the resources – financial and otherwise – to achieve his purpose for UP Church. We receive the good of God now!
From the time that we began affirming this, so many wonderful and magical things have been happening for our spiritual community.
Most recently we completed an absolutely magical Lent Live 2025 experience. From that class, several amazing leaders emerged, including Rev. John Downey, III, Rev. Jack Roberts, Rev. Tonda Terrell, Saba Roberts, Robyn McKoy and Shamika Cotton.
As we continue to develop the current generation of leaders, we also have an eye out for the next generation.
Dr. Pulley has agreed to host a special Teaching and Preaching Bootcamp for UP Church. If you have an interest in improving your preaching or your teaching or maybe you’re aspiring to preach or teach, I encourage you to be a part of this experience.
It begins Sunday, May 4th at 4pm, immediately following our Annual Meeting and you’re invited.
