SEPTEMBER 5

I EXERCISE MY GOD-GIVEN DOMINION

They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights.

Psalm 36:8

There is a God Power at the center of every man’s being, a Presence that knows neither, lack, limitation nor fear, sickness, disquiet nor imperfection.  But because everyone is an individual he can build a wall of negative thought between himself and this perfection.  The wall which keeps you from the greater good is built of mental blocks, cemented together by fear and unbelief, mixed in the mortar of negative experience.

Now you are to tear down this wall, to completely destroy it.  The view which this wall obstructed is now seen it all its grandeur.  The sun never really stopped shining and the River of Life forever flows.  Every man’s experience is an attempt to merge his own being with this eternal river, not to the loss of his identity, but to the discovery of that self which has newer wholly left its heaven.  Say:

I know that there is a Presence and a perfect Law irresistibly drawing into my experience everything which makes life happy and worthwhile.

The good that I receive is but the completion of a circle, the fulfillment of my desire for all.

I have placed my reliance in the Power, the Presence and the Perfection of God.

Therefore, I have dominion over all apparent evil.

I repudiate all its claims, cast out ever fear of, or belief in, that which is not good and exercise the dominion which by divine right belongs to me.

SEPTEMBER 4

HIS LAW IS WRITTEN IN MY HEART

The energy of God is Power that naught can e’er surpass, a power with which no one can make comparison of any human thing at all, or any thing divine.”

Since the only life you can have is the Life of the Spirit within you, you need but permit Its radiance to flow through your thought into self-expression.  You are surrounded by a dynamic force, a great surge of living power.  You are immersed in and saturated with the vital essence of Life.  Its presence permeates everything, binding all together in one complete whole.  Say:

Because my whole being is the Life of God in me, I have nothing to fear.

Everyone I meet is part of the same Wholeness in which I live.

Every person I meet is a center of the great unity in which I live.

It is this center of Life that I meet in all persons.

It is this unity in and through all that I respond to.

I cannot wish anyone harm, nor does anyone desire to harm me.

Through my consciousness of love, which is the very essence of goodness, I transform any apparent imperfection into the perfect idea of true being.

I am knowing people as God knows them.

I am seeing everything as God must see it.

His Law is written in my mind and felt in my heart.

I see God everywhere.

SEPTEMBER 3

I SING LIFE’S SONG OF JOY

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication,  with thanksgiving let your requests be known unto God.
Philippians 4:6

You are part of the Universal Mind, one with the Universal Substance.  You live, move and have your being in pure Spirit.  All the wealth, the power and the goodness of this Spirit exist at the center of your being.  You experience this good in such degree as you accept, believe in and feel it.  As you enter into life, feeling the Divine Presence in everything, more and more you will hear a Song of Joy singing at the center of your being.  You have only to be still and listen to this Song of Life, for it is always there.  Say:

Knowing that the Loving Presence is always closer to me than my very own breath, I have nothing to fear.

I feel Its loving protection around me.

I know a Song of Joy, of Love and of Peace is forever chanting its hymn of praise and beauty at the center of my being; therefore, I tune all unhappy and negative ideas out of my mind.

I turn the dial of my thought into the sunshine of life, into brightness and laughter, into the joyous presence of radiant Spirit.

I lay aside all anxiety, all striving, and let the law of Divine Love operate through me into my affairs.

Joyfully I anticipate greater abundance, more success and a deeper peace.

Joy wells up within my mind and Life sings Its song of ecstasy in my heart. 

SEPTEMBER 2

I LIVE FULLY TODAY

Behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Luke 17:21

The wisest man who ever lived said there is a truth which can set you free from fear, want, unhappiness and finally death itself.  He said that this truth is already within you.  Suppose you accept this spiritual wisdom, since the one who gave it was able to prove his claims.  Don’t you think that this great and glorious person was telling you that the kingdom of your good is here today?

Now, this means that evil, no matter what face it wears, or what form it takes, or how many people believe it, is never a thing in itself.  Jesus did not say that evil has no reality as an experience.  He did say that you should not judge according to appearances.  He said that you are to live as though the Kingdom were already yours.  No matter what the negation of yesterday may have been, your affirmations of today may rise triumphant over them.  Cease weeping over the mistakes of yesterday and steadfastly beholding the face of the great and divine Reality, walk in that Light wherein there is no darkness.  Say:

I know that every negative condition of the past is swept aside.

I refuse to see it or to think about it.

Yesterday is no longer here; tomorrow has not yet arrived.

Today is God’s day.

God’s day is my day.

Today, bright with hope and filled with promise, is mine.

I am alive, awake and aware – today.

SEPTEMBER 1       

I ACCEPT THE FULLNESS OF LIFE

And God said, Behold, I have given every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

Genesis 1:29

YOU know that Life cannot withhold Itself from you.  All that Life is and has is fully given to you to enjoy.  The Life of God is perfect and eternal.  It is the essence of everything that is.  Life is God’s gift to you.  It is always ready to manifest Itself through you in Its entire fullness.

You are a self-choosing mind in a Divinity which permeates everything.  You are always in the midst of Life, a Life that lives eternally and lives through you now.  Therefore, you need not be disturbed by the passage of time, the movement around you, not the variations of experience through which you go.  There is something within you that remains unmovable, that always speaks directly to you, saying, “Be still and know that I am God.” Say:

CONSCIOUSLY, I draw upon the Life that is mine.

I know that the fullness of Life, which is Divine in Its origin,

Eternal in Its presence, and forever available is mine.

The Life of the eternal Spirit is my life.

The infinite riches of Its being are mine to enjoy.

The vitality, the wisdom and the peace of God are mine.

I accept them in fullness, in joy and in peace.

My thought is a gateway to illumination; it is the secret place of the most High within me.

Therefore, I accept the fullness of life this moment.

I accept as a glorious experience, a spiritual adventure.

DIVINE LOVE LOVES THROUGH ME

Grant that these forms may penetrate within our hearts.

Atharva Veda

The mood of the infinite mind is one of love.  The action of intelligence takes place in loving ways.  What God hath wrought has been by means of love.  Knowing this, I realize that the Love of God uses me as a center of distribution.  If I let my mind be a center of God’s Intelligence, I must also let my heart be a center of His Love.  Living the life of Truth is a warm and joyous experience. I let God’s Ideas rule my mind, and I let God’s Love act through my heart.

There is nothing within me to impede the Love of the Spirit.  I now release all personal opinions about others.  I let go of all hurts and prejudices.  I let the full action of Divine Love act through me and be the basis of all human relationships.  I am unified with the good in every man, and all else becomes as nothing.  I have no interest in other people’s faults.  I keep my attention on the Divine Possibility within everyone I know. God’s Love is at the center of all, and It forever moves in perfect action through all.  I am blessed and prospered by Divine Love.  It enriches my soul and It prospers my consciousness.  It frees me from the errors of human judgment, and makes me to know that I am one with all good.

With love in my heart, I forgive and forget all untruth.  The true Spiritual Man is all I know of each person with whom I live, work and play.  All else is unimportant, for God’s Love in me is interested only in the good, the true and the perfect.  I think rightly, and I love greatly.  This Love flowing out from me is felt and recognized by others.  In turn they love me and judge me according to God’s standards.  I love to let Love express through me.  

AUGUST 30

HEAVEN IS MY WORLD TODAY

So heed God, you men of wits, so that you may prosper.

The Koran

The unlimited action of God surrounds me on every hand, and I rejoice to see it.  It merely seeks my recognition to become my experience today. Resolutely I turn to the Good, the Perfect and the True, and claim these as my world and my experience.  They respond with ease for they await my acceptance to be real to me.  God’s beauty is in every person; God’s Intelligence is in everything; and God’s unalterable Law is maintaining order.  All this is mine, for It created me to rejoice in it and be glad.

Perfect good surrounds me, perfect life acts through me.  I can make every dream come true and every demonstration come to pass.  No restrictions, save my own inabilities to see God in all and through all.  I lift my eyes and behold greatness in every man, and healing in every heart. The peace which has never been disturbed is now revealed to me.  The Divine Plan is now obvious to me, and I am amazed at what I can be.  I can move with ease, for all Life is impelling me forward into new and greater experiences.  Now, I see the nothingness of evil, the stupidity of blaming the past and accepting limitation in the future.  This will never confuse me again, for the allness of God is mine today.

In this heaven of God’s Presence is revealed my own possibilities.  I will become the person God intended me to be.  There is nothing to prevent my perfect spiritual evolution.  I grow in grace each hour, and I find more and more of God in my present environment.  Where yesterday I saw a problem, today I see a possibility.   I am at ease.  Life is more fully mine than ever before, and I never cease to thank God for all that His Mind has revealed to me. 

AUGUST 29

ALL OF GOD IS MY INHERITANCE

Wisdom is good with an inheritance; and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.

Ecclesiastes 7:11

He who created me, acts through me. He has never loosed me from His eternal embrace.  Infinite Mind is my father, and Infinite Love is my mother.  Unto me, their beloved creation, they have given fully of themselves.  All power in heaven and on earth is mine, for my inheritance is incorruptible.  I may not believe this at times, but it is the truth. Though I let my human mind deceive me, still the Heavenly Presence enfolds me, knowing that I shall awaken to Truth.  Too long have I dreamed that the world could hurt me and people disturb me.  I now realize that I am a Son of God, and free to live with wisdom and plenty.

Health is my inheritance.  Divine mind is incapable of knowing other than strength and wholeness.  The Health that created me acts through me.  Pure life flows through my body, as pure thinking flows through my mind.  I inherit every tendency to perfect living.

Prosperity is my inheritance.  Around me is all of God; within me are the unlimited resources of Mind.  The bounty and fullness of Spirit are mine this day and forevermore.  I accept this abundance and use it with wisdom. 

Ideas are my inheritance.  Infinite Mind sustains Its creations in all their ways.  I have unlimited ideas of good to express. I always know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.  Never a hesitation on my part, for God has revealed right action for every moment.  With this inheritance I am always well and prosperous.  The riches if this universe invite me to partake of their goodness, and I accept them with joy. 

AUGUST 28   

MY UNIVERSE IS FLEXIBLE

Jesus Christ the same yesterday; and today and forever.

Hebrews 13:8

Change is the law of human experience, for only God is permanent.  The Infinite mind is forever conceiving new ideas, and the Infinite law is forever producing new forms.  In the midst of this flexibility I live, move and have my being.  Life is consciousness flowing through forms, but never restricted by forms.  Therefore, the situations in my world cannot restrict me for long.  The instant I think a new thought, a new form begins to appear.  Every static condition in my life must be the result of my failure to think new thoughts.  I now dedicate myself to spiritual flexibility.

Freely and joyously I let life flow through my experience, bringing new events to pass.  Situations and people come into my life to bless me, and in their own season go forth from my life blessed by me.  I am a growing consciousness in God, and better conditions are constantly appearing for me to appreciate.  As I let go of the old, the new appears.  As I seek a larger group of friends, I grow in the expression of Love.  As I visit new places and purchase new things, I expand my consciousness.

I let go of prejudices and fixed opinions.  I am willing to see God’s action in every man.  I pass no judgments, and I refuse all finalities.  I open my whole being to changes for the better.  I also allow my friends to change and enjoy the new experiences in their lives.  I am flexible and pliant to all forms of Good.  God is continuously bringing new ideas into my mind, and new events to my world.  This is the joy of living.  I am free to change into a greater person, and I now let God’s greatness manifest in me.

AUGUST 27

I ENJOY LIFE TODAY

The Infinite is the source of joy.  There is no joy in the finite.  Only in the infinite is there joy.  Ask to know the Infinite.

Chandogya Upanishad

Omnipresence surrounds me; omniscience inspires me; and omnipotence is mine to direct.  All things bless me, and all people benefit me.  I look out upon my universe and love it, for He who made it indwells it.  He that made me, acts through me with ease, for I let God be in me all that He desires for me.  God’s vision of me as a perfect expression of life is my vision of myself.  There is nothing to cause me to feel regret or sorrow, for I recognize but one Mind – God.  I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that good is my only experience today.

It is as easy to be joyous, as it is to be sad.  It is as easy to think of God, as it is to think of trouble. I devote my consciousness to joyous ideas, and I experience happiness in my world.  When others point out to me their troubles, I immediately correct my thought and proclaim order and right action.  I never hesitate to declare the Truth.  He who hesitates to speak Truth is lost in untruth.  I speak positively, yet lovingly. I stand firmly for what I know is Truth, and I am not afraid to say so.  Never again will I indulge in false sympathy, or a belief that evil has power.  God alone rules my life with His joyous activity of ideas.

I am divinely enthusiastic about the possibilities of the present.  All of God is for me, and things are turning my way.  Life offers me all that I can take.  Beauty seeks my eyes, and love seeks my heart.  I give all glory and all honor to God, and there is nothing but gladness in my soul.  My feet are planted on holy ground, and the whole universe invites me to enjoy the game of life.  Right thinking is my greatest asset.  Right living is my true vocation.  I love to live the life which is God.
