Spiritual Leadership
In this course we will explore the importance of spiritual leadership, grounding our leadership in personal character, core values, and clear direction. We will also explore the dynamics of the culture of spiritual community and the implications for spiritual leadership as creating and forming culture. Core assumptions of this course are that spiritual leadership has to do with character and competence, that ethics are not simply rules to guide actions but formative values, and that spiritual leadership is best realized by the catalytic cultivation of values-formed community.
