Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
deeper meaning
Lazarus represents your very life force. His death represents being stuck in the feeling of something being taken away from you that you believe cannot be restored.
when you are dying inside, re-produce God
#1 Roll Away the Stone – The stone is the hardened belief that what you feel you lost has been dead too long to come back to life.
# 2 Look Up – Stop engaging with the facts. Stop telling yourself the old story.
Put your attention on a higher idea.
#3 Give Thanks – Know that life is right now active. Abide in oneness with God. Then, speak boldly your relationship with God to the facts and feelings.
#4 Rise Up – Your thanksgiving is the transformation agent. It’s thanksgiving that reactivates the life force.
